When scheduling recurring weekly follow-ups, If any of the appointment dates you selected are crossed out, this means someone else has that slot, or the office is closed that day. For each week that is crossed out, you will be given back an appointment credit to your account. For a week that is crossed out, you may schedule a different day and time slot for that week, but only once that week comes. Other than recurring, do not schedule appointments more than a week in advance.
