Important Announcement
Dear valued clients,
All appointments are by phone only, which means in-person consultations will no longer be offered. (With the exceptions of certain old clients who are relying on the in-person appointments, whom I will continue meeting in person for a period of time afterwards.)
I understand this change may be unexpected and cause some concern or frustration for the minority of you who have become accustomed to seeing me in person. If you have any specific requests or concerns, please do not hesitate to share them with me. I am here to listen and work with you to make this change as seamless as possible.
As always, my commitment to your health and well-being remains unchanged. Even though we will not be meeting in person, I will continue to provide you with the same level of care and expertise as before. In fact, I have found that phone consultations allow me to offer more flexible appointment times and provide a more efficient and streamlined experience, as conducting appointments by phone enables me to focus more on your individual needs and goals during sessions.
For any client who started the program 3/9/2023 or later, you were informed of this change prior to enrollment. This information was clearly communicated through our website, forms, and enrollment documentation.
Thank you for your continued trust and support. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with you, and I am excited to continue our journey towards optimal health and wellness in this new remote format.
Warm regards,
Yossi Muller, RD
More information for clients who started the program before 3/9/23 and got used to in-person appointments be viewed below.
Thank you for trusting me. I will do everything I can to make sure you feel good about your decision. Please notify me of your decision to remain on this program so that I can personally make sure to help you with everything you need (a good scale, advice, any specific concerns you have, etc.).
I understand that this change may be challenging for some of you, but I am committed to providing the same level of support and guidance as before, if not more. I want to reassure you that my program will continue to offer comprehensive nutrition counseling, personalized meal plans, and ongoing support to help you achieve your goals.
I encourage you to stay committed to your nutrition program and to take advantage of my remote services. I have a lot in store for everyone in terms of adding more services, more information, easier ways to access the information and more clarity overall. I waited a long time to make this change and ensured that the quality and success rate of the program will not be affected by this change. I am confident that you will continue to see progress and achieve your goals, even in this new format.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I am here to support you every step of the way. Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty to my program. I look forward to working with you remotely!
I understand that some of you may be hesitant about switching to remote nutrition coaching, and I want to address any concerns or questions you may have. First and foremost, please know that I am highly trained and experienced in delivering phone nutrition coaching. I have been providing remote services for some time now and have helped many clients achieve great success through online coaching so the success rate for phone clients is just as good as the success rate for in-person clients.
I understand that some clients may prefer in-person sessions, but please know that remote coaching has many benefits as well. It allows you to access my services from the comfort of your own home, which can save you time and money on transportation. It also allows me to provide more flexibility in scheduling appointments. You will still receive personalized meal plans, ongoing text support, and accountability to help you achieve your goals. Additionally, it will provide a more efficient and streamlined experience, enabling me to focus more on your individual needs and goals during sessions because the minute I pick up the phone I'm razor-focused on your profile, texts, food plan, history - I'm not distracted by other people. I'm able to research and look at my notes, and open up other related tabs as opposed to in-person it's very back and forth between you, me, the scale, and the computer.
I understand that some people may be hesitant about switching to remote nutrition coaching, and that's okay. While there are many benefits to remote coaching, it's important to consider whether this format is the best fit for you.
Some people may not want to switch to a remote nutrition program due to personal preference for in-person sessions. They may feel more comfortable and engaged with a nutritionist during face-to-face meetings. Additionally, some clients may require hands-on support and find it challenging to achieve the same level of interaction with a nutritionist through remote sessions. Lastly, difficulty with virtual communication can be a barrier to participating in a remote nutrition program, particularly for individuals who are less familiar with technology or may have limited access to reliable internet or devices. It's important to consider these factors when deciding whether to remain on the program when we switch to phone appointments only.
It's important to note that these reasons may not apply to everyone, and it's ultimately up to the individual to determine if a remote nutrition program is right for them. It's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional or nutritionist to discuss personal goals and needs.
If you do decide to switch to my remote nutrition program, please know that I am committed to providing the same level of support and guidance as before, if not more.
I encourage you to keep an open mind about the process. I am confident that you will continue to see progress and achieve your goals, even in this new format. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I am here to support you every step of the way.
I want to assure you that I respect your decision, and I want to thank you for choosing to work with me during your nutrition journey. Whether you stay or leave, it is still my #1 priority to support you.
However, I want to emphasize that this transition does not mean the end of our relationship. I am committed to supporting you in any way I can, and I will continue to provide resources and guidance to help you achieve your goals. I am available to answer any questions you may have, and I encourage you to reach out to me if you need any support. I can provide you with tips and guidance on setting you up with a new practitioner, research anyone you're looking into, dedicate time to speak to your new practitioners about your case and history to make transitioning to other programs easier or even give you other resources to help you stay on track.
If there's enough demand, I may keep my office open longer until you're fully ready to graduate from the program. As long as the office is open, you can continue seeing me in person. It could be by then you feel comfortable enough switching to phone and decide that you want to continue with the program.
I also want to remind you that you can still access the online course, podcast, and other resources, even if you are no longer part of our coaching program. There is a wealth of information available, including educational materials, meal planning guides, and healthy lifestyle tips on the website that can help you continue your nutrition journey.
If you have any questions or concerns about my remote services or your progress, please do not hesitate to discuss it with me. I am always available to provide advice, support, and encouragement.
