This falafel tastes great yet still low in calories, high in protein, and fiber. This falafel is unique in that there is no oil in the ingredients.

Certain larger Jewish supermarkets, and some non-Jewish supermarkets, such as Wegmans.
Diet Guidelines
Classic Diet: Typically part of a lunch or dinner. You would do the math based on how many calories you are entitled to for the dinner or lunch protein/ main dish. (salad with two TBSP. of techina is a side dish).
