Salsa

Description

An excellent condiment with very few calories. Get salsa that does not have sugar in the ingredients, such as Wise, Herr's, Chi Chis, and others. (If it has sugar on the nutrition label, that’s fine, it’s the sugar from the vegetables.) Salsa is commonly used with fish, eggs, or whole-wheat crackers.

Certain larger Jewish supermarkets, including non-Jewish supermarkets, such as ShopRite.
