Description
Whipped cream cheese has far fewer calories than regular cream cheese. Even whipped cream cheese that is not low-fat, is still relatively low-calorie. Even though this product is low in calories, it is still mostly fat, so it should only be eaten when the meal also includes vegetables and/or protein.
