Ingredients
  • 1 3/8 cup oat bran
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup lowfat milk
  • 1 cup of 100 calorie Greek yoghurt
  • cinnamon to taste
  • Pam
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and coat a muffin tin with 6 seconds of Pam.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
  3. Add the yogurt, milk, and cinnamon. Mix until the batter is light and spongy.
  4. Add the batter to the muffin tin. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Cool on a wire rack.

Makes: 2 Breakfasts. 3 muffins equal 1 Breakfast. 1 muffin equals 1 Snack.
