Ingredients
  • 1 large 
  • 1 medium onion - sliced
  • 1 plum tomato
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cube frozen garlic
  • 1 cube frozen basil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Pam
Instructions
  1. Coat a frying pan with 3 seconds of Pam and lightly sauté the onions.
  2. Add the zucchini, tomato, and tomato sauce. Cook on a low flame for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the garlic, basil, salt & pepper, and mix.
  4. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Counts as 1 dinner side
