Ingredients
  • 6 plum tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 
  • salt, pepper, & onion powder to taste
  • 1/4 pepper - diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Pam
Instructions
  1. Blend the tomatoes in a food processor.
  2. Add the lemon juice, spices, and mix well.
  3. The dip will last in the fridge for a week or two.
