Ingredients
  • 5 oz. chicken cutlet
  • 2 tbsp. lite mayonnaise
  • 1oz. celery -  chopped finely
  • salt, pepper, & parsley
  • Pam
Instructions
  1. Lightly salt the chicken.
  2. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Chop the chicken into fine pieces.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
