Initial Consultation Terms and Conditions

• The client must attend all appointments that they schedule. If the client is unable to attend the appointment then they must cancel the appointment.
• Initial Consultation appointments may be rescheduled if done at least 24-hours in advance.
• Follow Up Appointments may be rescheduled if done at least 12-hours in advance.
• If the client fails to attend their appointments, they may incur additional fees, be terminated from the program, and/or have remaining appointments cancelled without refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Appointments

• There are no refunds once an appointment is scheduled. Cancelling and appointment only takes away your obligation to attend the appointment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Subscriptions

• It is the client's responsibility to cancel their subscription. Cancellation links can be found in any subscription related email from Yossi Muller Nutrition.
• There are no refunds for payments made before cancellation.
