Ingredients
  • 2/3 of a 15 oz. can of chick peas - drained
  • 1 very small onion
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 2/3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2/3 tsp. cumin
  • salt, pepper, & garlic powder to taste
  • Pam
Instructions
  1. Blend the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Coat a cookie sheet with 2 seconds of Pam.
  3. With a small ice cream scoop, scoop balls of the mixture on to the baking sheet.
  4. Spray with another second of Pam.
  5. Bake on 350 for 40 minutes.

Serve with a salad with any free vegetables (sauerkraut is recommended) and 1 TBSP. techina
