Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 small onion - diced
  • 1/2 plum tomato - diced
  • 1/4 pepper - diced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Pam
Instructions
  1. Heat up a pan on medium heat for 2 minutes and coat with 3 seconds of Pam to cover the surface.
  2. Add egg, vegetables, and salt and pepper.
  3. Cook covered for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Fold carefully with a spatula and then cover for 30 seconds.
