Missing Your Appointment
You do not get a refund for missing an appointment. If you see you cannot keep an appointment, you will not get refunded, but you still must cancel or reschedule the appointment. You must cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 12 hours in advance. When you cancel an appointment, you do not get a refund. Canceling just takes away your obligation to show up.
